Gian Piero Gasperini: “Well done, guys!”
The Atalanta coach's satisfaction
Against Udinese, the Nerazzurri won their third match in a row after the restart of the league, which mean eight wins in a row if we include the two Champions League round of 16 matches. The record of six Serie A consecutive wins is matched.
In Udine, the Nerazzurri win 3-2 at the end of a difficult match as Gian Piero Gasperini told Sky Sport: "Winning also today gives us a good advantage in the table, the matches begin to weigh. Against Lazio we used up a lot of mental energy and matches of that type are more difficult to recover".
The goal from Zapata, which gave the Nerazzurri the lead, was followed by the equaliser scored by Lasagna (who also netted the second goal for Udinese, which defined the 2-3 scoreline), then Luis Muriel unleashed himself with two beauties: those of the Nerazzurri are goals of extreme workmanship.
"Well done to the guys - continued Gasperini -, they have scored quality goals, always trying to win the game and this is a great attitude. This is an even more difficult league, as matches have a higher risk margin when playing like this".
